About Me

My name is Cadence, and I am the head doula at Graceful Hearts. As a proud toddler mom and aspiring midwife, I bring both personal experience and professional dedication to my work. Born in Arkansas and raised in Texas, I have been passionate about birth work since 2019 and began offering postpartum services in 2020. As a certified lactation counselor and experienced birth doula, I care deeply about helping mothers and families feel heard, prepared, and supported. My heart is with mamas and babies everywhere, and I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
